This is one amazing realtor! He had so much knowledge about real estate and home construction! He went out of his way to get the job done. He knows how to finish and sell or buy a home. We gave him a very hard real estate job! We asked for him to find two houses that were very close to each other so my sister in law and brother in law could live close to us., plus in a nice area! Not only did he do that he also negotiated a great deal for us! He got the job done. One other thing I will mention is the seller agent didn’t do there jo at all and he did that side of the deal to and only got paid on our side. There is bad realtors out there but this realtor is the BEST! I highly recommend him 10 times over!
